Delivery of Items in Stock
Any item that is currently in stock, we will aim to despatch within 2/3 working days. Please allow 5/7 working days for your order to arrive
(not including Sunday).
We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address given to us
with your order.
It is your responsibility that the delivery address you give us is
correct and accurate.
We ship from the UK and will use either Royal Mail or a certified courier traced/or other recorded delivery service. Saturday and Sunday are not classed as working days by couriers.
Should a delivery be received in a damaged state, please ensure that the packaging/damaged goods are photographed and contact us by email.
If you require your item for specific date, please contact us or add a note to your order and we will try to help.
We will monitor our online shop if we are away from the studio and will contact you if we foresee any problems with your order.
Delivery A - Small / Light Items - £ 3.95
Delivery B - Medium / Light Items - £ 5.95
Delivery C - Medium / Heavy Items - £7.95
Delivery D - Large items / Heavy Items - £9.95
Delivery to the Highlands and Islands will incur an additional charge.

Please contact us with your postcode and we will calculate a suitable delivery method.
Methods of Payment
We accept all electronic payments through your card
provider or via PayPal.
You can also pay with your credit/debit card through the Paypal site whether or not you have an account; it's easy to set up.
If you would like us to send you an invoice prior to payment, please contact us and we will generate one and send it to you by email.
This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Socket Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-cits (the highest level commercially available).
At present, we do not ship outside the UK.
We try to use recycled packaging where possible. This might not be presentation/gift quality, but our intention is for goods to arrive safely and securely in an environmentally friendly way.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your product then we will accept returns within 7 working days. Please contact us, via email, if you intend to do this.
Postage costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund it will have the postage charge deducted.
