Flavell trading are makers and retailers of handmade products.

As explained on our site, our items from the above pages or with these words in the description may have marks, signs of age, rustic finish, so are sold as seen.
We occasionally sell ex-display or items we have used in photoshoots. If these are for sale they will be labelled on our site as such.

‘Out of Stock’ +
Made to Order by Flavell trading
As most of our products are handmade, we do have limited stock. If you, the customer, has purchased an item and it is ‘Out of Stock’ and not yet labelled as such on our website, we will offer you a refund, suggest an alternative or
make one for you to order.
As we have limited stock, we can make any of our items to order, subject to the availability of wood etc. This will take approximately 14 days, but we will contact you, the customer, to advise on exact deliver and any problems that might occur. As the majority of our items are made of natural material, a ‘Made to Order’ item might vary slightly from the original seen on the site
i.e. colour of wood, wood grain, patina of material etc.

Photography + Website
We photograph our products in natural light to try to give a true representation of each piece, but colours or the finish of the wood may vary. If you require additional photographs prior to purchase, please contact us by email.

Media + Publicity
We welcome enquiries from the media and magazines, but unfortunately we are not able to offer our products for photoshoots as we have limited stock. We can however offer product shots for magazine coverage. We will try help with any enquiries and offer any information required.

We would love you to join our Mailing List. This will help us keep you informed of any new products, promotions and sales events we might be involved with. We appreciate too many emails can be unwelcome so we will limit the amount we will send to you and we will not share your address with any third party. Should you wish to be removed from our Mailing List this can be done at any time by clicking on ‘Unsubscribe’ or contacting us directly.

Wholesale
We cannot currently offer wholesale. However, please contact us by email if you might be interested in the future.
