Pallares Solsona kitchen knives are made in Catalonia, Spain. The family firm was set up in 1917 by two brothers. Today the company is run by the third generation of the family. They produce superb knives of consistent quality using beautiful wood for the handles. Each knife is originally sharpened by hand.
