Pallarès Solsona kitchen knives are made in Catalonia, Spain. The family firm was set up in 1917 by two brothers, who were both knife smiths. Today the company is run by the third generation of the family. They produce superb knives of consistent quality using beautiful wood for the handles. Each knife is sharpened by hand.
